CVS Health Claim Reporting Special Services Analyst in Plymouth, Minnesota

Job Description

  • Intake and process PBM call referrals- Conducts plan set up audit from over applied reports.- Coordinates plan set up connections/updates with plan build team and PBM vendor- Identifies adjustments for member accumulations and routes to adjustment team for processing.

Required Qualifications

  • 1-2 years experience in similar work environment- Proficient in excel

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with accumulators and their calculations- Familiarity with the DG processing system

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent
