Pay Range: $20.50 - $35.99
Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.

Purpose/Objective :
Provides a wide range of highly confidential operational, technical, and analytical support to the Human Resources function. Ability to work in a very busy environment and juggle multiple priorities while often handling sensitive, confidential information.
Key Accountabilities :
Responsible for managing variety of office tasks, including but not limited to: receiving and sorting mail, mailing owed wages and termination checks as necessary, depositing check payments upon receipt.
Responsible for timely creation of active personnel files and maintenance of terminated personnel files. Maintains all additional filing of employee documents in personnel files; ensures compliance with record retention guidelines.
Responsible for creating electronic employee records in HRIS upon hire.
Responsible for completing new hire onboarding process: drafting & sending welcome letters, completion of all required internal forms, and collection of New Employee Orientation paperwork.
Responsible for verifying identification for new employees per USCIS Form I-9 guidelines. Maintains electronic Form I-9 database, including electronic Section 1 invitations, employee name changes, and terminations. Ensures compliance with retention guidelines for terminated employee Form I-9s.
Responsible for posting electronic job requisitions in ATS; communicates new job postings internally.
Responsible for drafting and publishing The Connector on a monthly basis.
Provides support for internal and external audit preparation.
Assists with updates to the intranet site as necessary.
Prepares HR related invoices and maintains electronic HR Invoice folder.
Ensures office supplies are in stock. Responsible for fulfilling supplies requests, as necessary. Ensures department facilities are clean, orderly, and safe.
Provides assistance to and serves as backup in absence of HR Staffing Manager. Ensures compliance with all banking laws, rules, regulations, and prescribed policies/practices/procedures necessary to reduce risk and uphold ethical standards related to and required by ones duties.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Some college or additional education preferred
Experience:
3+ years of experience as an administrative assistant or support function in a progressively demanding role
Well-rounded general Human Resources experience
Experience using ADP Workforce Now a plus
