CVS Health Senior Manager - Project Program Management in Phoenix, Arizona

Job Description

• Supports the business by recommending appropriate actions, strategies and/or alternatives to meet business needs typically tied to a key Aetna Medicaid practice (project management, business process management, implementation, etc.). • Has responsibility for leading/managing all aspects of a practice, program or group of projects such as planning, coordination, development, implementation including the financial implications while prioritizing work, resources and time. • Ensures the end state of the project and/or business operations meets business objective(s) and that all deliverables and due dates are met. • Highly collaborative process often requires managing relationships across organizational segments or multiple functional areas.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

Minimum: 75400

Maximum: 158300

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years project management experience or implementation experience related to technology, systems, and processes including project consultation.• 5 years industry specific experience.• Prior positions that required setting team direction.• Proven track record meeting project dates and negotiating for resources.• Demonstrated negotiation skills.• Project management experience.• Supervisory experience.
