Position Summary

As the Senior Manager of Commercialization and Sales Enablement, part of the Health Care Delivery business unit of Health Services segment at CVS Health, you will be an integral part of a high-performing and dynamic Growth and Commercialization team to support the growth and enablement of our CVS Accountable Care segment. This role will be responsible for supporting and enabling Sales and Partner Success teams who have responsibility for growth and client relationships across our Accountable Care portfolio. This role is a functional enabler of growth and will collaborate and join forces with cross-functional teams (sales, strategy, product, marketing, finance, actuarial, clinical, sales operations, contracting, partner success, etc.) to deliver top notch sales enablement and end-to-end commercialization governance support to enable the achievement of our growth objectives.

To be successful in this role, you should have prior Healthcare experience, have high level of intellectual curiosity and a can-do attitude to continuously challenge the status quo, remove barriers, build connections and enable delivery of growth and sales support for our internal teams in a client-centric manner. You should have a passion for strategy, client services, program/product management and strive to create the best-in-class client experiences and effective solutions that address client pain-points and enable the sales teams to articulate the value of our products cohesively. You should also have the ability to establish trusted relationships with internal cross-functional partners and be able to effectively integrate and facilitate cross-functional collaborations towards common goals.

The candidate should act as a consultative sales resource and be able to offer insights on competitive market strategies and capabilities as well as promoting the value of our enterprise solutions to advance sales strategies and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with internal product and marketing teams to create and package high-value content, field tools (Sales playbooks, training decks, presentations, FAQs competitive intel briefings, etc.) and be the main point of contact for CVS Accountable Care's Sales Enablement function.

  • Streamline and improve efficiency of Sales and Partner Success processes and tools in support of growth and retention objectives.

  • Provide continuous training, educational content, updates and issue resolution for the sales and Partner Success teams.

  • Consistently capture sales feedback and client insights, share market needs with partners and establish feedback loops that enable internal teams to evolve our solutions based on market feedback and trends.

  • Serve as the expert and go-to-person for our Sales and Partner Success teams on all sales questions regarding products, how solutions work, value proposition, market intelligence etc.

  • Support the advancement of our growth objectives by developing and executing on effective go-to-market strategies that ensure successful launch and evolutions of our solutions with clear path to value and growth objectives.

  • Co-lead project management and leadership updates and facilitate key decision making processes.

  • Partner with internal teams (RFP intake, Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Product, Contracting etc.) to establish and define "What success looks like" for clients.

  • Identify risks, issues and go-to-market/sales dependencies proactively and effectively communicating to stakeholders and following through resolution.

*Note:* This is a remote role and can be anywhere in the continental United States, with preference for residence in NY, TX, CA, IL, OH, CO, FL, MA, RI, AZ, but open to consider other states.

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of progressive experience in Healthcare in client management roles with an emphasis on strategy, growth, sales enablement, business planning or marketing and the ability to identify and break through barriers and drive tangible outcomes.

  • Strong understanding of the Healthcare domain, trends and healthcare strategies with experience in at least two or more of Providers, Health Plans, PBM and Pharmacy.

  • Executive present with ability to guide and influence teams without direct authority.

  • Demonstrated ability of critical thinking and problem solving skills.

  • Strong communication skills with highly effective presentation capabilities.

  • Ability to think strategically and execute on action plans.

  • Self starter with ability to think, work and execute independently and proactively within the company across highly matrixed teams.

  • Master level of proficiency in PowerPoint and demonstrated ability to put together highly polished content.

  • Ability to build highly polished materials for executives with compelling storyline with little supervision needed.

  • Highly organized with effective time management, project management and prioritization skills and ability to manage shifting priorities and compressed timelines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in the Healthcare industry with focus on Strategy, Sales, Marketing or similar roles.

  • Prior Value-based Care experience a strong plus; particularly experience in Accountable Care Organizations (ACO), Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP), ACO REACH, or other value-based care arrangements.

  • Prior Healthcare consulting experience a plus.

  • Knowledge of health plan economics or healthcare quality, particularly for Medicare Stars program.

  • Experience in large healthcare corporations.

  • Consulting experience or consultative mindset with demonstrated ability to have solved for complex business problems and ability to navigate ambiguity.

  • Relationship building ability in matrixed environments with senior leaders.

Education

Bachelor's degree in a Healthcare related field or business field. Masters degree in a healthcare related field or MBA preferred, or equivalent work expereince.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$67,900.00 - $199,144.80

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
