Reference #: PA094CLMGRS11202002Supervisor of Clinical Services Description/Job Summary The Clinical Supervisor provides daily clinical supervision and consultation to staff who provide Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS). Responsibilities/DutiesAdhere to required ratios for staff oversight, clinical supervision and monitoringConduct individual and group supervision to staff that provide IBHS according to IBHS regulationsFacilitate onboarding and clinical training of new staff providing IBHSCollaborate with Training Specialist around clinical training of evidence based therapies for clinical staffProvide IBHS staff access to supervision during the hours that IBHS are provided, including evenings and weekendsMaintain supervision documentation for each supervised staff according to IBHS regulationsReview and approve documentation in connection with development of treatment including but not limited to progress notes, clinical assessments, treatment plansComplete written orders for authorization of IBHSDevelop and implement clinical training plan for evidence based therapies (EBT) according to initial and annual training requirements of IBHS regulationsCollaborate with Clinical Supervisor with monitoring and maintenance of IBHS authorizations, diagnosis and financial eligibility Required Experience The Clinical Supervisor shall have 1 year of full-time, post-graduate experience in the provision of mental health direct services to children, youth or young adults. Required EducationThe Clinical Supervisor shall have a graduate degree that required a clinical or mental health direct service practicum from an accredited college or university recognized by the United States Department of Education. Required QualificationsThe Clinical Supervisor shall meet one (1) of the following criteria:Be licensed in the state of PA as a physician practicing Psychiatry, Psychologist, Professional Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner with mental health certification or Clinical Social WorkerBe licensed in the state of PA as a Behavior Specialist and have a graduate degree that required a clinical or mental health direct service practicum from an accredited college or university recognized by the United States Department of EducationBe licensed in state of PA as a Social Worker and have a graduate degree that required a clinical or mental health direct service practicum from a college or university recognized by the United States Department of Education.Be licensed in state of PA as a Professional with a scope of practice that includes overseeing the provision of IBHS and have a graduate degree that required a clinical or mental health direct service practicum from an accredited college or university recognized by the United States Department of Education Program Summary The RHD Intensive Behavioral Health Services Team (IBHS), a program of Resources for Human Development, Inc. supports children, youth and young adults with mental, emotional, and behavioral health needs.
