CVS Health IT Compliance Sr Analyst in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Job Description

As part of the IT Retail Security Compliance team this resource will assist our data steward with data sourcing, reporting, and analysis to help drive timely insights into compliance workload, status, and emerging priorities across the Retail and Corporate Systems portfolio. They will serve as an instrumental resource to help continuously improve the reporting frameworks and compliance posture for IT Retail.

Required Qualifications

•3+ years - Gathering, compiling, analyzing, and trending data across multiple compliance domain areas• 3+ years - Maintenance of key files and relevant data sources for IT Retail Security Compliance governance and reporting• 3+ years - Producing scorecards, dashboards, and other actionable reporting •3+ years - Compilation and maintenance of process documentation, job-aids, and other support-related materials•3+ years - MS Excel (pivot tables, charts, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.) as well as collaboration tools (SharePoint and MS Teams)

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to MS Access, SQL Server, Tableau, or other database / reporting technologies a plus• Knowledge of IT security and compliance best practices and theory• Process improvement exposure / Six Sigma• Previous work experience in Application Development, Data Analytics, Project Management, Information Security, or a related practice field.• Results-oriented, self-directed• Proven data management skills • Demonstrated versatility and ability to handle concurrent high priority tasks • Solid organizational and analytical skills • Strong written and oral communication skills• Contributes to the continuous improvement of our metrics and reporting frameworks• Responsible for maintaining highest levels data quality, consistency, and integrity

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
