This position will be responsible for overseeing of exam day activities, course, student and faculty evaluations and releasing grades to students.Essential FunctionsWorking with faculty and staff to ensure the integrity of exam, and evaluationsNavigating ExamSoft software and training faculty and staff on best practicesOverseeing exam day activities and releasing grades in a timely mannerAnalyze student assessment data and identify at-risk students using SQL databases and excelDesigning, distributing and reporting on course, student and faculty evaluations using both OASIS software and Qualtrics softwareServing as a proctor for NBME and pre-clerkship courses.Participate in special projects and other such duties as may be related to the ongoing development or administration of the curriculum including accreditation activities under the direction of the Director of AssessmentRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degreethree to five years experience in this field.Adept in the MS Office Suite, especially Excel, experience with ExamSoft, familiar with basic database structure and systems, experience with survey platforms such as Qualtrics, or Surveymonkey.Preferred QualificationsPossess the ability to utilize and troubleshoot technology to support faculty and students.Understand basic statistics such as Mean, Standard deviation, Percentile ranks.Possess excellent oral, written, organizational, and interpersonal skillsPossess demonstrated ability to prioritize daily assignments and demonstrate initiative in handing daily issues;Must be proficient in MS Office - specifically MS Word and Excel, Outlook, and be able to learn additional software platforms.Possess strong problem-solving and critical thinking skillsPossess strong interpersonal and collaborative skillsAbility to multi-task and work in a deadline-oriented environmentLocationReading Campus, Reading, PAAdditional InformationThis position is classified as Exempt with a salary grade of L.
