Shipping Clerk

We are in search of Shipping Specialist who takes pride in their work while working in a fun team enviroment. A local distributor is in need of someone to facilitate the movement of products through the warehouse to their respective customers. If this sounds like you, then your next job may be here. Centerally located near freeway! shifts avaialble:

• Monday to Friday – From 8:00AM to 4:30 PM (5 working days) weekends off

• Weekly Payroll- get paid every Friday!

Responsibilities

Shipping Clerk will assist with incoming containers and accurately pull orders, by hand.

• Carefully and handle and pack delicate garments into a variety of box sizes and packages

• Package and prepare for shipments, per shipping list

• Sort, maintain, and stock inventory using RF Scan (hand held)

• Help maintain shipping and receiving logs and files of shipping records

• Performing accurate returns and putting away of product

• Other duties as assigned by Warehouse Supervisor Ability to lift upto 50 pounds consistently

• Must be able to stand, walk and work on feet for 8 hours per day

• Basic Word processing and basic PC functions

• Ability to work mathematical statistics, both calculations and reports

• Familiarity with operating non-electric warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, carts, hand trucks)

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• standing for 8 hours at one time
