PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The Cloud Platform, Integration & Orchestration unit is responsible for SAP´s integration technology as well as business process management technology. The Integration Platform Product Management team is responsible for helping SAP´s customers “integrate anything, anywhere” with our market-leading Integration platform on cloud, as well as on-premise.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

The team seeks a seasoned product expert , who deeply understands customer´s integration challenges in the digital world to help our customers and stakeholders overcome these challenges using our integration platform. The right candidate should have deep expertise on the integration domain, act as a trusted advisor for our customers and stakeholders, engage, enable and evangelize the field (sales, pre-sales, consulting) as well as partners in the region.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Required Skills

  • Real-world experience of working in the integration domains (A2A, B2B, Device Integration, Data Integration), with a deep understanding and expertise in integration challenges at customers, various integration tools and methodologies

  • Solid understanding of users, customer segments and the market – active understanding of competition and market trends in the integration and middleware domains

  • Demonstrated ability to enage with field and partners to create awareness and support right product positioning, support deals and revenue generation. Ability to work with customer success teams to drive adoption.

  • Demonstrated ability to act as a trusted advisor and key account for custmers, leading to customer success stories and references.

  • Demonstrated ability to understand customer and stakeholder needs, articulate them as high-quality requirements and collaborate with development on product design.

  • Great oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Deep product expertise in one or more of SAP Integration tools and methodologies – SAP Process Orchestration, SAP Application Interface Framework, SAP Cloud Platform Integration, API Management, Leonardo IOT technologies, Data Services.

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • 5-8 years of product management experience, with a proven track record of scaling products in adoption and revenue

  • Experience with product management methodologies and Ux Design

  • Experience in building credibility and collaboration with the field, customers and stakeholders

  • Bachelor´s or Masters Degree in business, technology or engineering.
