Develops and manages email marketing communications strategies, programs and projects by working with partners across T I Studios. Participates in the development and implementation of email marketing communications plans and campaigns such as device launches and new product initiatives to both our base and prospect customers. Provides counsel to other departments and staff on email policies and procedures for T-Mobile.

·Facilitate and manage T I Studios end-to-end email project management activities: set up projects in project management system, ensure specs and project briefs are current, assign project teams, set up kick-off meetings, manage timelines, and facilitate delivery of projects.
·Facilitate and manage projects and campaigns for Consumer, Business and Base email initiatives.
·Manage the process with T I Studios Creative and Production teams to organize email project assets, ensure project details are up-to-date in the project management system, and align projects to client briefs and needs.
·Facilitate and manage workflows and maintain schedules within the project management system to ensure that all email deadlines are successfully met.
·Organize and participate in email project reviews with Legal, Brand and leadership for approval.
·Prepare for and participate in project meetings with Studio Management, the Creative and Productions teams, and Business Units; and maintain up-to-date project reports and documentation.

·Bachelor's degree and five years related work experience or 10 years related work experience post high school.
·Three years experience in multiple areas of marketing communications and program management.
·Three years working with marketing communication policies and procedures.
·One year experience with email marketing communications.
