Job Description:

The Sr. Program Manager supports the Transition Services Office (TSO) as it relates to Boost divestiture activities. Working as part of the TSO Operations team, the candidate will partner with DISH and ensure compliance with on-going transition service obligations as it relates to both the Transition Services and Reverse Transition Services Agreements. The role will require close coordination with internal functional leads across the enterprise in matrix-managing delivery transition activities and proactively addressing issues as it relates to various third-party contracts, systems/platforms and operational processes. Responsible for the compilation and generation of accurate and timely TSA/RTSA invoices, including close coordination with Finance, NCB, Treasury, and Accounting. The candidate will also ensure sufficient financial controls and supporting compliance documentation are in place.

  • Day-day oversight for all TSA/RTSA costing and invoicing processes, including data compilation, validation and reconciliation, as well as outlining supporting narratives for material variances. Achieved through close coordination with each of the various functional annex invoicing leads and Back Office Finance.

  • Coordinate adjustments to transition service invoicing processes as services are either terminated or modified, including synchronization with all impacted downstream teams.

  • Program level matrix-management of select transition functions, including, but not limited to, Product & Technology, Care, Product, Finance, Supply Chain, etc. Ensure satisfaction of service obligations by annex, and partner with functional teams to proactively identify and remedy delivery issues to mitigate escalations.

  • Lead the definition and implementation of controls to ensure compliance with all costing and invoicing processes. Would include, but not be limited to, process documentation/flows, Playbook updates, facilitating revisions to and validation of Operationalization Plans, etc.

  • Maintain a strong understanding of all contractual provisions as it relates to handling of transition services fees, as well a monitor, track and ensure adherence to TSA and RTSA compliance plans as set forth by the agreement terms in conjunction with Legal.

  • Support the facilitation of various governance activities, including the creation and delivery of materials for weekly leads calls, monthly TSA/RTSA operations reviews, and executive Steering Committee meetings between the companies.

  • Facilitate the expedient resolution of any operational escalations or production issues through partnership with other support teams. Take initiative/ownership, ensure timely communication updates with DISH, and follow through to ensure actions to remediate are implemented.

  • 4-7 years experience in organizational programs, project management or related area.

  • 2-4 years supervisory or program management experience.

  • Understanding of financial concepts with the ability to present complex information in an understandable way.

  • Budget management and analytics experience required along with the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional partners continuously building strong relationships.

  • Demonstrated use of MS Project and Excel.

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Sales or related field.
