Support of partner learning and content management system including managing, adding & removing training content and learner profiles.
Maintains close alignment to Marketing & Communications teams
Leads kick-off, requirements and spec reviews, and other program meetings
Works with other program managers and management to identify and address cross-project dependences
Moderates content, messaging and other creative deliverables; tuning the messages to our partner/channels audience
Ensures compliance of materials with corporate brand, communications and marketing guidelines
Maintains complex messaging and delivery schedules for newsletters, program messaging, events and training
Ensures outward facing deliverables are ready for partner distribution and consumption in partnership with stakeholders and other groups
Administers content and user rights in our external, partner facing platform
Coordinates departmental deliverables and readiness for company-sponsored or company specific industry events

5+ years’ experience in multi-channel or marketing programs or related areas
3+ years of supervisory or program management experience, including cross-functional management with emphasis on marketing and communications
Demonstrated experience managing and implementing medium to large programs, including identifying, maintaining, and/or adjusting the cost, scope, and resources, managing vendors, and overseeing the formal planning, tracking, and reporting of program performance.
Exemplary communication skills are essential (oral and written)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Business or related field. Equivalent experience is acceptable
The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position who is based in Colorado is generally within the range of $50,000 to $125,000 for annual base salary. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. Employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of an employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
