Job Description:

* This position may be located in Overland Park, KS; Bellevue, WA; Frisco, TX; Reston, VA; or Atlanta, GA.

This position is responsible for the production and development of all paid digital display banners produced for T-Mobile, Metro by T-Mobile, and T-Mobile Emerging Businesses, including T|Vision, T-Mobile Money, and T-Mobile Home Internet. They will work closely with our T|Studios Digital (TSD) team, taking creative elements and assets developed in-house, and overseeing the transition to our external Digital Creative Optimization partner, Jivox, driving banner production, feedback implementation, and final approvals. Projects will range from small updates to medium-large, strategic multi-variant tests, requiring knowledge of T-Mobile's advertising initiatives at a programmatic level. In addition to partnering directly with our creative team, this role will work regularly with members of our Advertising and MAOS (Media, Analytics, Optimization, and Strategy) teams.”

Responsibilities:

  • Processes all website requests, based on agreed upon service levels and priority rankings, to developers, and internal IT submission tool. Answers any questions developers have related to website change requests.

  • Manages incoming change requests to Producers, ensures even distribution based on expertise, area of focus and workload.

  • Tracks and monitors job progress from inception to completion. Oversees and makes sure timelines are being followed for multiple projects for self and for other Producers. Shifts priorities quickly to ensure deadlines are met.

  • Acts as liaison between key business stakeholders, web development & application support teams, responds to questions/ issues and reacts quickly when required. Proactively communicates status of projects to business owners and key stakeholders as needed, and manages deliverable/launch expectations with all business owners.

  • Communicates and assists IT web applications support teams with deployment documentation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

  • Recommends and supports new or improved departmental or workflow procedures as needed.
