The Go To Market (GTM) team is searching for a passionate and talented Sr. Manager to lead a team that will lead a team focused on project management and delivery specific to the T-Mobile for Business portfolio.
To be successful in this role you must partner strategically at various levels within the organization, establish and maintain outstanding communication, and build/maintain exemplary relationships at all levels. You must be able to think on your feet, pivot on a moment's notice and be comfortable with changes in how we work. This is a fast-moving organization; your job as the planning lead is to build the processes & rhythm of business to get ahead of it.

Be a self-starter, able to take ambiguous processes and plans and develop them into repeatable processes
Build relationship cross functionally to support project development with Product & P&T.
Own setting up /facilitating all project meetings from assessment to launch
Facilitate the requirements gathering for the project, partnering with P&T
Partnering with P&T, project manage the development of the project and aspects of launch.
Own and manage the rhythm of development required business initiatives, driving the launch of T-Mobile for Business initiatives across the broader organization and with support orgs.
Led a team of project managers supporting development projects
Make prioritization and timing recommendations for all projects, based on channel capacity and readiness, value to the company, and other needs of the business.
Own the end to end customer experience to be a comprehensive process & experience
Ensure channel and marketing readiness prior to launch
Own enterprise GTM VP meeting to ensure readiness to launch all customer impacting programs—new offers, products/services, devices and messages. Readiness to include X functional leader (VP+) alignment on concept, experience, and contingencies
Hold post-mortem experience reviews to continuously improve processes

7-10 Years: Marketing Experience.
4-7 Years: Consumer Focused Marketing Experience.
2-4 Years: Management Experience.
4-7 Years: Experience In One Or More Of The Following Categories: Software/Hardware, Web, Telecommunications, Consumer Electronics, Or Consumer Packaged Goods, With A Focus On Marketing, Product Management Or Sales.
