Role:

The Outbound Selector is responsible for ensuring all customer orders are accurately selected and shipped as per customer requirements.

Hours: Sunday – Thursday, 4:30 pm or 5:30 pm shift start (start time may fluctuate as per business needs)

Responsibilities:

  • Computer knowledge to manage labels printing

  • Order selectors are responsible for selecting, storing, packing and monitoring inventory of products

  • Perform tasks related to shipping and transportation of orders

  • Ensure accuracy of work and adherence to production and safety standards

  • Read an Order Sheet to find individual items within warehouse

  • Affix selection labels to the appropriate cases

  • Perform all duties as required by supervisors

  • Ensuring HACCP, GMP and all other Food Safety practices are being followed

  • Other Duties as Assigned

Qualifications/Skills/Job Requirements:

  • Ability to work in all 3 temperature environments (Dry, Cooler, Freezer)

  • At least 1 year of experience in similar role

  • Grade 12

  • BT or Lift truck

  • Produce experience preferred

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate is preferred)
