Mutual of Omaha Analyst Marketing Analytics - Remote in OMAHA, Nebraska

This position supports Marketing and Enterprise efforts to optimize the performance of the Direct to Consumer brand digital marketing strategies across channels and help improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our investment efforts.


  • Estimated Salary: $72,000 - $90,000 plus annual bonus opportunity.

  • Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.

  • Regular associates receive 9 paid holidays in 2024.

  • Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 56 hours of personal time in 2024, prorated based on the start date.


  • Support efforts to optimize the performance of the Direct to Consumer brand digital marketing and media channels by pulling, organizing, analyzing and reporting data to support testing and synthesizing key learnings around prospecting, targeting, frequency, media, creative, on-site performance, etc.

  • Partner with peers across marketing to inform the design and launch of new marketing strategies to help improve the efficiency and effectiveness of digital marketing and media campaigns.

  • Perform/assist with analysis of various marketing tactics and share key learnings with key stakeholders to help inform strategic direction.

  • Conduct on-going marketing and business performance reporting including budgeting and forecasting.

  • Support efforts to diversify our acquisitions channels and build a balanced multi-channel digital brand marketing engine.


  • Experience in analytical environments.

  • Hands on experience and very competent with data extraction, data manipulation and visualization to help illustrate key points.

  • Working knowledge of statistical concepts.

  • Demonstrated ability to problem solve and think critically.

  • Experience with developing and conducting presentations.

  • Self-motivated, driven, and hungry for growth, with an acute sense of ownership and ability to work as part of a team.

  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.


  • Undergraduate degree/major coursework in STEM or digital marketing analytics.

  • Experience working with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics and media platforms such as Meta, The Trade Desk, Google Ads and other data extraction and analysis tools.

  • Experience with data analytics and reporting tools like Microsoft Excel and Tableau.
