Who we are looking for: As the Lead Project Manager, you will directly support our mission by advising on design, construction, and public works projects at the Department of Corrections (DOC) facilities, ultimately ensuring safe communities. We need someone with a strong knowledge of architectural design and a keen perspective on the customer’s business and operational needs. As the Lead Project Manager, you will mentor and supervise the work of Project Managers, Construction Project Coordinators and other staff to ensure compliance with applicable policies and rules. In addition, you will manage the development and implementation of policies, procedures and standard practices to be used in capital projects.
