ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·Respond promptly to all customer inquiries.

·Research service history, sales dates, and product types for warranty information.

·Process all incoming Service Request for goods sold.

·Set up new customer accounts.

·Navigate various customers web based portals for service request daily and update status of open service request weekly.

·Coordinates service appointments for occupied dwellings.

·Serves as a resource on all office policy, methods & procedures and performs data entry and retrieval functions.

·Handle and resolve customer complaints.

·Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.

·Provide pricing and delivery information.

·Perform customer verification.

·Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes.

·Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.

·Manage customers' accounts.

·Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.

·Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints.

·Record details of actions taken.

·Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.

·Follow up on customer interactions.

·Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

·Assists with the preparation of reports and performs various accounting, compliance, inventory, or HR related duties as requested.

Requirements: High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and three (3) years administrative or related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
