Lead the Site Quality Leaders & Engineers team that applies its expertise and knowledge in finding innovative, cost-effective means to improve quality output and continuous improvements. You will lead process initiatives that ensure compliance with customer requirements, regulatory agencies, government regulations, and engineering specifications while instilling business accountability for governance of the Quality Management System, product acceptance, and product quality across multiple sites.
Guide and mentor, Site Quality Leader & Quality Engineers on process improvement and process optimization. Identify the root cause and take appropriate action. Be a part of a cross-functional leadership team to improve and enforce e quality management system (QMS). Ensure ISO 9001:2015 standards are implemented and enforced by all Fire Americas Fire & Security facilities & responsible for maintaining ISO and various agency certifications.
Lead Quality Organization at the Regional Level
Demonstrate Outstanding people management & leadership skills
Support Multi-Site Leaders in achieving key site/delivery metrics, OTFP, OEE, TCIR, Inventory & Cost
Support Business General Managers in achieving business goals by making Quality as business enabler
Support Business Quality Leader in achieving key quality metrics, PPM, Yield, COPQ, Customer Issues, Etc.
Responsible for end-to-end product & process quality
Responsible for ensuring end-to-end NPI product & manufacturing process quality
Responsible for assessing product and people safety risk – internal & external
Lead product safety council for Americas business
Lead internal and external audits to measure QMS competency
Responsible for driving productivity in manufacturing processes and reducing waste
Ability to drive and promote continuous improvement, Idea generation & Brainstorm solutions
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's Degree in Science or in Business
3+ Years of Experience with Quality Management systems (QMS)
3+ Years of Experience in Leading Quality or Manufacturing or Business Organization
Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
Strong communication skills
Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or MBA
Six Sigma Black Belt Certified or Six Sigma Lean Expert Certified
Knowledge of electronics manufacturing industry/processes
Manufacturing and/or Functioning experience/knowledge with Fire Alarm Systems & Security Products
Significant experience in leading technical teams
Multisite leadership experience
Experience with ISO 9001:2015, NFPA72 & UL864 standards
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: $133,000 - $148,000
