CVS Health Digital Pharmacy is looking for a dynamic and driven Senior Digital Product Manager to lead the strategy and development of best in member experience focused on identifying, prioritizing, and shaping enterprise initiatives in partnership with business stakeholders. This is a highly collaborative role requiring ability to work effectively cross-functionally to design and implement digital solutions that enhance member experience and drive operational efficiency.
In this role, you will be the key driver in shaping the strategy and transformation of our digital PBM services. This position will be responsible to craft and execute strategic initiatives, growth and retention strategy, member experience, and a deep analysis of the digital healthcare landscape. A successful candidate will be highly motivated, collaborative, can navigate through ambiguity, and can achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
What You Will Do
Develop the product strategy, vision, and roadmap.
Work collaboratively with Product, Engineering, IT, Design, Marketing and more to execute and deliver the product strategy, vision, and roadmap.
Own and maintain product backlog that facilitates development to support the overall strategy roadmap.
Establish OKRs and monitor progress towards strategic goals.
Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities and key trends.
Collaborate with various teams across the organization to ensure the successful implementation of strategic initiatives.
Develop high quality executive presentations and lead cross-functional team discussions.
8+ years of experience and technical/functional expertise with advanced knowledge in one or more of the following: PBM/healthcare experience, product management, knowledge of API design and leading cross-functional teams.
3+ years of experience formulating a comprehensive API strategy by identifying areas where APIs can enhance operations, improve customer experiences, or drive innovation.
3+ years of experience managing API consumers and partners.
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with end to end product delivery
Empathetic leader with a proven track record of building relationships with internal and external partners.
Proven expertise in crafting and implementing strategic roadmaps that enhance efficiency, resulting in improved patient and business outcomes.
Advanced degree preferred.
E xperience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
E xperience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
The typical pay range for this role is:
$120,750.00 - $240,000.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
