CVS Health Senior Analyst, Rebates Production Support in Northbrook, Illinois
CVS Health has an exciting opportunity to join our PBM Finance Enablement team as a Senior Analyst, Rebates Production Support. The candidate will oversee and provide day-to-day support for all systems and technology utilized by the Industry Analysis department in addition to any external clients to effectively invoice pharmaceutical contracts, accrue to the General Ledger, perform cash collections, and analyze Rebate claim data. This technical support position requires an individual to be results-driven, customer-focused, organized, proactive, and able to independently apply intuitive problem solving and analytical skills to meet critical deadlines.Key Responsibilities • Build knowledge of and be self-sufficient in supporting internal systems and underlying table structures, performing necessary query activities • Act as a key conduit to our IT department for day-to-day department support including the support of all rebate related inquiries from other departments and maintenance-of-business (MOB) projects • Coordinate and assist with training of business teams in system-related activities • Proactively communicate any issues or IT related maintenance tasks in which impact our business users • Identify opportunities for system enhancements • Assist in the development and execution of project UAT test cases • Assist and train IT on any business processes and process questions • Support deployment activities including coordination of any conversion related activities • Build SQL/MicroStrategy templates for internal groups as well as external clients • Oversee the system security setup of Analysts and Leaders within Financial Operations, enlisting IT support as needed
-3+ years’ professional experience in a technical support or analytical role -2+ years’ experience with SQL in a professional or academic setting

Bachelor’s degree and equivalent experience required
