National Grid is hiring a Lead Program Manager, Business Change, New England Strategy and Transformation Office based in Waltham, MA, Worcester, MA, or Northborough, MA.
This is a Hybrid Role - Must live within a commutable distance to one of those locations

Aligning leadership on the case for change and their role in driving it organization-wide.
Equipping frontline managers with the skills and resources to advocate for change and coach their teams.
Creating targeted communications, training, and resources to support user readiness and adoption.
Measuring and monitoring business readiness throughout the change journey and addressing risk proactively.
As Lead Program Manager for Business Change, you will report to the Change Management Office within the Strategy and Transformation function for the New England business.
You will lead or support development and delivery of discrete activities, collateral, metrics and reports for various initiatives within the NE Business Unit. Strong facilitation, project management, communication, problem solving, and analytical skills are required to be effective in this role.
Key Accountabilities
Develop and deliver change enablement strategies using waterfall or agile methods.
Conduct impact assessments.
Lead stakeholder communications, training, engagement, and post go-live support plans.
Oversee change enablement plans and ensure alignment to overall project objectives.
Measure change program effectiveness to ensure end user readiness and adoption targets and develop action plans to low readiness and adoption indicators.
Collaborate with other change teams to share best practices and lessons learned; when needed partner with those teams to mitigate risks to end user readiness and adoption due to change saturation.
Qualifications
5-7 years leading significant business projects, with a focus on evolving work methods and technology adoption.
2+ years leading or facilitating the development and execution of deliverables associated with the people-side of change that are required to drive readiness and adoption of new process, data, technology, etc.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to analyze data, present insights via graphs and charts, and present a succinct, consumable story – experience with Power BI highly desired.
Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
Experience using MS Office suite applications to successfully communicate, engage and present in-person as well as in a hybrid working environment.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Professional qualifications and accreditations in Change Methods (Prosci, ACMP etc.) a plus
Prior background and experience in the energy and utility industry a plus

Salary
$131,000 - $154,000 a year
Salary commensurate with location and experience
