Senior Marketing Partner, Brand Strategy
As a Brand Strategy Partner, you will be responsible for managing downstream efforts focused on increasing the value of Cerner brands. This includes supporting and implementing brand strategy, providing brand-related consultation, managing various brand assets and resources, and educating employees and external partners to ensure maximum brand consistency. As a subject matter expert, you will apply experienced knowledge and understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to manage a wide variety of projects. You will prioritize tasks and projects according to business needs and meet tight deadlines, while collaborating effectively with Centers of Excellence to ensure that all brand-related efforts support the Cerner brand strategy. Naming and trademark strategy responsibilities include supporting or providing guidance during naming sessions for business’ naming efforts, conducting company-wide trademark audits, managing trademark assessment and approval process while partnering with Cerner’s Intellectual Property team and serving as a liaison between Marketing and the Intellectual Property teams with respect to trademark matters. Brand identity development, consultation, and review responsibilities include managing the development, deployment and maintenance of Cerner Brand Style Guide, toolkits, and associated brand guidelines. Leading annual reviews of visual identity to ensure continuous evolution is imperative to success in this role. Brand Strategy integration responsibilities include establishing product brand strategy and positioning for Cerner brands; defining product brand strategy for acquired company/brand portfolio; executing brand transition activities; and conducting internal brand education and socializes brand strategy to gain buy-in.

At least 8 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education including:
At least 2 years of Marketing work experience
At least 6 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing or a related field of study, or relevant, equivalent work experience
- At least 2 years of experience with both B2B to B2C market focus
Willing to travel up to 10% of the time.
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position.
