Senior Client Accountable Executive - Premier South
As a Senior Client Accountable Executive within Premier South team, you will own a strategic national client partnership as a trusted advisor accountable for the creation of a shared governance structure with a shared vision of success, optimization of the current and future roadmap, and an overall focus on identifying outcomes and achieving value. You will manage the overall client relationship for a multi-region or national client, including serving as the escalation point and facilitating resolution of issues requiring executive attention, and advocate for the client within Cerner. You will build and maintain strategic partnerships at all levels across the client organization and oversee all Cerner related engagements with the client, including implementation delivery, to achieve consistency in strategy, messaging, and delivery to the client as committed. You will continuously grow the overall reference-ability of the client and proactively provide the client with opportunities to promote the value of the Cerner relationship, plan and lead strategic road mapping sessions and propose solutions and services tailored to the client's needs and vision. As a key member of the team, you will develop and advance sales opportunities through the sales process to deal closure to consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas, and establish best practices for managing client profitability, including invoicing, accounts receivable, cash collections, write-off processes, and contractual interactions. At least 8 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
2 years of sales, business development, client relationship management, healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience
6 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education
Client management work experience
Willing to travel up to 50% as needed
Must be located within 60 miles of a Cerner virtually approved city or in the Kansas City area
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
Perform other responsibilities as assigned
