Job Description:

Our Telehealth sales team is hiring for a Lead Sales Support Consultant. This person will provide pre-sales solution consultation and support, including presentations, requirement analysis and proposals for current and prospective clients as subject matter expert for one or more solutions, service lines, venues or technologies. You will develop and maintain strategic relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, as well as lead client pre sales calls and demonstrations. You will also be a pivotal person in working with the technical team to provide technical evaluations and solution success.

Basic Qualifications

  • At least 10 years total combined higher education and related work experience, including:

  • 3+ years of Sales, licensed health care practice, healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience

  • 7+ years of Higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job


  • 4+ years of experience with health care sales specifically Cerner or Telehealth solution sales experience


  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations

  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position

  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned

  • Must be willing to reside in Kansas City or live in a Virtually approved city
