Director, Downstream Product Marketing
We are excited to share an opportunity as a Director of Downstream Marketing as we expand our Product Marketing team. This leadership role will own downstream marketing strategy for a large and highly complex product group with significant contribution to the product business unit and will give direction on the strategy to cross functional stakeholders across the product lifecycle. You will also have responsibility for managing and developing downstream product marketing managers within the product business unit, and supporting adherence to product lifecycle management guidelines. You will partner directly with your Upstream counterpart for identifying how to optimally position products for competitive and marketplace differentiation, Corporate Marketing to develop promotions plans for each product group and partner closely with partners across the Client Organization to ensure the alignment of messaging and collateral to various target audiences from an end-to-end perspective. Additionally, you will oversee marketing campaigns and monitor their effectiveness and ROI for future strategies.
The successful candidate for this job will have robust knowledge of how to bring a product to market, develop a go-to-market strategy with supporting plan, have a strong background in sales enablement and client activation, and be able to clearly articulate value propositions. Effective communication skills, a strong bias for action and being able to manage a team (both directly and through influence) will be needed.

7+ years of relevant professional experience
10+ years of product marketing/management experience
3+ years of Health care information technology experience
2+ years B2B Marketing experience
3+ years of experience supporting sales enablement or field marketing
3+ years of demand generation experience
Currently resides in the Kansas City metro area or in a virtually approved city
Ability to travel up to 25%
