Our Client Relationships organization is pleased to share an opportunity that has emerged for a Director & Client Accountable Executive (CAE) on the State and Local Government team. The role is multi-faceted and heavily reliant upon to deliver on contractual commitments and drive all aligned business objectives. You will be responsible for managing key elements of the Cerner partnership at multiple municipal clients. The CAE is responsible for: supporting business development in procurement activities, writing a comprehensive contract, managing contract deliverables with the PMO during deployment, fulfilling RFP requirements, and meeting support level objectives. Expectations are: overseeing all Cerner related engagements, contributing to revenue growth, managing cash collections, pursuing operational excellence and driving client satisfaction. Basic Qualifications

  • At least 12 years of total combined higher education and related work experience, including:

  • 8 years Healthcare Information Technology project management, sales, consulting or support work experience

  • At least 4 years total combined higher education or related work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Client-facing work experience

  • PMP certification or equivalent PMO work experience


  • Ability to travel 60%

  • Currently resides in a virtually approved city (within 60 miles of a major airport)

  • Will actively pursue Advanced Degree of Professional industry certification (MHA, MBA, FACHE, PMP, CHFP, etc.)
