Job Description:

The Shared Services Engineering team is hiring and Asset Specialists for associate devices asset management. This role executes operational processes and provide organizational support and client service within a given professional domain area. In this role, you will be expected to provide a high level of service and support to internal clients. Asset Specialists perform data entry, audits, maintain files, maintain records, and research best practices to determine appropriate course of action. You will be responsible for ensuring that each client receives the appropriate Cerner experience through proper preparation and execution of events and communication.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of customer service or technology-related hardware work experience

Expectations

  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations

  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position

  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned

  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds as we have manual labor tasks when new equipment arrives

  • Must have good driving record as must be licensed to drive Cerner vehicles (MO Class E or KS) and DOT certification which can be acquired once onboard
