The 30K Program Industrial team represents all of production operations to the program office and also represents the program office to all of operations. In this wide-ranging capacity the organization is also responsible for representing operations to both our airframe customers, Airbus & Irkut, as well as our program partners such as MTU, IHI, MHI, GKN, etc. We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated and desire to work in an area which provides broad transparency to both production operations throughout P&W and our supply chain as well as to the program office. You will report to the 30K Production Chief Office and be focused on one of the module centers supporting key configuration upgrades for the 30K program. In this capacity this role will provide operational alignment to the program office for both OEM and MRO efforts. The Module Center Manager will work alongside the module center’s Industrial Manager, Business Unit Managers, and Supply chain managers to develop configuration change incorporation strategies and risk mitigation plans to improve our critical time on wing metric for the program. They will work to integrate module center commitments, actual delivery profiles, capacity plans, and improvement opportunities into the overall program plan. Additionally they will be the focal point to the module center representing the 30K program. Superior written and oral communication skills and demonstrated leadership skills required. You will need to be detail and results oriented with good problem solving skills, able to meet commitments, and balance to resolve conflicting priorities. Understanding strategic and business implications and working to provide solutions will be essential. You will have to demonstrate experience working with executive level management and be a high energy - dynamic individual who strives for continuous improvement. Final job grade will be determined based on your experience level.

Experience/Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in business, supply chain management, project management or a related discipline •7 years of experience in Operations Management or Productions Management. •US Person is required for this role. Preferred: •Master's Degree in business, supply chain management, project management or a related discipline •5 years experience in Materials Management, Supply Chain, Continuous Improvement or a related field.

Education Certification

Primavera experience is helpful. •Outstanding teammate with good interpersonal skills. •Self-motivated and detailed task oriented. •Ability to work independently with little direct supervisory input or direction. •Develop Positive Relationships •Craft Clear Communication •Possess Excellent Judgment and professional maturity •Analytical Skills •Participate in Process Improvement efforts •Provide Creative solutions
