Job Description

GENERAL SUMMARY :

Building out our Professional Services capabilities within the Product Group at Elavon, a vacancy has been created for a new role within the Implementation team. Reporting to the Head of Implementation, the Project Administrator will assist with the oversight of Professional Services by assisting with reporting and data maintenance as well as providing support to the Project Managers in the Implementation team by attending meetings, creating and updating project documentation and scheduling meetings. It is expected that over time the Project Administrator will be able to develop the skills and experience necessary to become a Project Manager, focusing initially on Small and Medium Business (SMB) project delivery for terminal deployments and boarding.

  • Appreciation for project management methodologies (waterfall, PMP, Prince2).

  • Appreciation for Agile.

Delivery in this role includes being responsible or accountable for:

  • Prioritising requirements from internal and external stakeholders.

  • Attend and document meetings and record actions and owners.

  • Agreeing timelines and plan work.

  • Create reports and provide reporting to an agreed schedule.

  • Updating project documentation.

  • Deliver multiple pieces of work in parallel, managing competing priorities and demands.

  • Support the team audit process.

  • Other administrative duties as assigned.

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
