Citizens Administrative Assistant in New York
The successful candidate will provide efficient and professional administrative support and clerical duties to our Retail Banking Group. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: coordination of meetings, various reporting, responding to inquiries both internal & external, ordering of supplies and equipment, executing routine tasks, such as filing, answering phones, making photocopies. Position requires excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Assignments involve work of highly confidential and complex nature requiring considerable discretion, judgment, tact and diplomacy.
Key items of responsibility include:
Provides effective calendar and schedule management in a fast paced, changing environment with accuracy and full follow through
Independently responds to email and phone requests for information
Acts as Sharepoint Administrator for the group
Responsible for replenishment of supplies and materials used in the business line
Coordinates the planning on all business related events
Manages multiple projects simultaneously.
1 – 3 years Administrative support experience in a corporate setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (O365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent interpersonal skills with a Customer/Client focus and the ability to communicate effectively in writing/verbally
Proven ability to multi-task, achieve deadlines under pressure, and excellent time management skills
Demonstrates initiative, able to work independently and effectively with change
