The Video Producer is an integral part of the In-House Agency team and will work independently as well as cross functionally with partners across the marketing organization, as well as firmwide. The Video Producer will carry out the video support on a variety of projects varying in scale, from pre-production through post-production.
What we’re looking for:
Create and develop multimedia (audio/video) content, internal company video communications, external promotional videos (including social media videos), product marketing videos, recruiting videos, corporate training and other enterprise-wide projects.
Involved in all aspects of video development including concepting, planning, estimating, scheduling, filming, editing, post-production and publishing.
Record and edit video and sound projects, including selecting program format for final output, capturing and inserting static and motion graphics, titling, adding music/voiceover/sfx, media management and archiving project media.
Source and manage external video resources as needed.
Script, storyboard, budget, allocate resources, set deadlines and select optimal forms of media for projects.
Develop production schedules and ensure projects are delivered on-time and within budget.
Collaborate closely with In House Agency team members, as well as stakeholders, to understand communication objectives and target audience in order to facilitate the creation of impactful multimedia content.
Maintain expertise in the latest technology trends and tools.
Ensure alignment with corporate brand standards and help to grow and evolve video guidelines.
Oversee all video assets and ensure all media is archived and catalogued to be easily leveraged and re-purposed.
- Minimum of 5 years’ production experience.
Advanced interpersonal skills.
Creative storytelling capabilities.
Confidence to be positioned as a video subject matter expert across the organization.
Excellent organization and communication skills and a track record for on-time delivery with tight deadlines.
Professional working knowledge of production elements including video, audio, content management, and recording technology.
Ability to retain a positive attitude and work on creative solutions to problems when they arise.
Ability to publish and share content across multiple delivery platforms.
Ability to work on multiple projects at once.
Ability to liaise across various departments with clear communication
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a team environment
Driven to create in a fast-paced, high performing environment.
Post-production experience which includes digital video editing, still and motion graphics design, and video compression for multiple delivery platforms.
Extensive knowledge of video production equipment including the ability to setup cameras, audio recorders, lighting, microphones and props.
Ability to manage day-to-day relationships with outside video agencies, consultants and freelance crews.
