CVS Health Strategic Marketing – Organic Social Media Manager in New York, New York

Job Description

We are hiring a manager to oversee the content for Aetna’s organic social media presence. This role will sit in Aetna's marketing organization and report to the senior manager of strategic marketing for paid and organic social media. In this role, you will perform a range of tasks including, but not limited to:- Serving as the direct client for the social media AOR- Owning the annual organic social content strategy - Reviewing, providing feedback on and approving content - Interfacing with SMEs and other stakeholders for reviews- Scheduling and publishing the content via our publishing toolWe are looking for an ambitious, strategic and operationally minded professional who can appreciate business goals/priorities and leverage his/her knowledge of the social media space to accelerate access to unique content.

Required Qualifications

-5+ years experience in marketing or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading organic social media content for brands - Experience with social media tools, such as Sprinklr and Bitly - Solid understanding of content and social marketing industry trends, tactics, and user behavior - Experience with digital media workflows and technology - Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills - Highly organized with an extreme attention to detail - Able to work independently without close supervision, and as part of a collaborative team -Experience working in highly regulated industry-Experience working with marketing project management/automation tools


*Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent (HS Diploma + 4 years of experience) required.
