Position Summary Reporting to the Deputy CIO, the incumbent will have the responsibilities to architect, implement and support enterprise-scale cloud and hybrid infrastructure and application solutions within M365. The incumbent will be responsible for leading the engineering, design, testing, tooling and support of enterprise messaging, and collaboration toolsets to M365. The incumbent will have a very strong technical foundation, a strategic mind-set and great communication skills. Work on most phases of projects on their own as well as work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to maximize M365 functionality. Evaluate related hardware and software products and make recommendations for adoption. The incumbent will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) to the Deputy CIO. Perform related duties as assigned. Responsibilities Manage, administer, and monitor M365 products and services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Teams. Support M365 BAU workloads (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, One Drive), primarily Exchange Online Design and lead the development of applications and solutions that are optimized for productivity and collaboration using the M365 platform. Plan and implement information protection solutions, sensitivity labels and policies. Implement and manage M365 licenses, usage, and governance. A good working knowledge of the entire M365 stack, including their interactions and use cases. Resolution ownership of technical challenges for M365 projects and the technical escalation point for implementation teams. Lead, manage, and enable project team members at various levels. Interact with developers and vendors to install/configure services related to M365 workloads. Rotating on-call coverage, on nights and weekends is required for this position. Other duties as required. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent required. Minimum 4 years? related experience. Knowledge and hands-on experience with Exchange Online and M365 workloads. Advanced skills for troubleshooting any email related problems. General proficiency in PowerShell. Experience and understanding virtualization. Ability to interact effectively with a wide variety of users with different computing requirements and backgrounds. Ability to think about technical problems and business problems with a technical dimension critically and creatively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. Demonstrated excellence in a variety of competencies including teamwork/collaboration, analytical. thinking, communication and influencing skills, and technical expertise. Ability to work with changing priorities and with multiple projects. Ability to be precise and attentive to detail is essential. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Ability to work weekend and off-hour work as and when needed. Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree in the Computer Science or technology field. 4 years? related experience. Experience writing scripts (e.g. Python, Javascript, Powershell, etc.). Experience with Microsoft Purview. Experience with DMARC implementation and management. Microsoft certification.
