Revlon Senior Manager, Marketing in New York, New York



  • Develop and execute global marketing plans for prestige beauty products.

  • Track and report industry trends and competitive product positioning in the global marketplace.

  • Organize the worldwide communication of brand strategies and marketing initiatives for assigned brands.

  • Maintain contact with various internal groups for sell-thru information and product feedback.

  • Evaluate new product launch strategies in order to determine the success of marketing campaigns and the impact on the business.

  • Coordinate consumer product research.

  • Analyze the cost of finished goods, samples, and collateral.

  • Serve as a liaison with vendors during the creation of new beauty products, package development, printing, and production.

  • Provide insight from a marketing and branding perspective.

  • Implement the marketing direction for product launch displays.

  • Develop promotional calendars and programs for our beauty products portfolios.

  • Evaluate key marketing strategies.

  • Work with advertising and promotion managers to manage the company’s brand visibility, in both promotional and in-store merchandising displays, in order to effectively drive sales and increase revenues.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Marketing or a related field

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Marketing Manager developing and executing global marketing plans for prestige beauty products.

  • In the alternative, the company will also accept two years’ experience as a Marketing Coordinator leading new product launches, and managing and coordinating day-to-day operations, systems, and processes for the global marketing of prestige beauty products.
