Revlon Senior Manager, Marketing in New York, New York
Develop and execute global marketing plans for prestige beauty products.
Track and report industry trends and competitive product positioning in the global marketplace.
Organize the worldwide communication of brand strategies and marketing initiatives for assigned brands.
Maintain contact with various internal groups for sell-thru information and product feedback.
Evaluate new product launch strategies in order to determine the success of marketing campaigns and the impact on the business.
Coordinate consumer product research.
Analyze the cost of finished goods, samples, and collateral.
Serve as a liaison with vendors during the creation of new beauty products, package development, printing, and production.
Provide insight from a marketing and branding perspective.
Implement the marketing direction for product launch displays.
Develop promotional calendars and programs for our beauty products portfolios.
Evaluate key marketing strategies.
Work with advertising and promotion managers to manage the company’s brand visibility, in both promotional and in-store merchandising displays, in order to effectively drive sales and increase revenues.
Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Marketing or a related field
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Marketing Manager developing and executing global marketing plans for prestige beauty products.
In the alternative, the company will also accept two years’ experience as a Marketing Coordinator leading new product launches, and managing and coordinating day-to-day operations, systems, and processes for the global marketing of prestige beauty products.
