Position Summary: CVS Pharmacy, Inc., a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in New York, NY: Senior Manager, Data Science to formulate and apply mathematical and modeling methods and business analytics towards data extraction and manipulation in support of business intelligence initiatives. Duties include: apply advanced quantitative, data modeling, and machine learning methods to lead the development, validation, and delivery of algorithms, statistical models, and reporting tools; leverage data science, analytics, and large-scale optimization of digital properties and applications to develop predictive models that maximize behavioral change; identify and solve data modeling and machine learning problems, including validating information, applying quantitative judgment, and applying complex algorithms and artificial learning; perform validation and testing of models to ensure adequacy and reformulate models as necessary; and act as an analytics product owner and translate business needs into data analytics projects and recommendations. Multiple Openings." - Requirements: Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Requires two (2) years of experience in each of the following: Business Intelligence (BI) development and reporting; SAS and SQL for data aggregation; Tableau, Google Looker or Power BI for data visualization; Amazon Web Services (AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Hortonworks Data Platform (HDP); statistical signals, algorithms, and regressive and predictive modeling; and SPSS, R, Python and Excel for data analysis and database creation. Pay Range: $135782.00/year to $260000.00/year.

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
