This inside sales position requires an ambitious self-starter and someone that can effectively process inbound inquiries and identify qualified leads and opportunities. Effective selling skills, with the ability to manage sales calls at varying levels of customer accounts, are essential.

Objectives - Year 1
Adapt to the Agio SDR framework
Collaborate with Healthcare Marketing sales and marketing team members on strategic sales approach
Meet or exceed assigned appointment setting quota
Follow-up on inbound marketing leads and identify qualified opportunities providing appropriate levels of information at the right time for interested prospects
Be responsible for educating and developing prospects leading to hand-off to sales teams
Create target prospects lists and penetrate key accounts
Cold call into prospects generated by variety of outside sources
Identify key players, researching and obtaining business requirements, and presenting solutions to begin sales cycle
Profile strategic accounts identifying key individuals, researching and obtaining business requirements and presenting solutions to start the sales cycle
Set appointments for sales team when a lead reaches a qualified stage
Nurture new marketing leads by educating and developing prospects until they are ready to speak with a field sales rep
Drive attendance for webinars and live seminars, set meetings for conferences
Ensure successful follow through of sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in Salesforce.com.
Become well versed in Agio solutions for both Managed IT and Cybersecurity
Gain an understanding the client?s business, markets and establish plans for strategic appointment setting Drive maximum adoption of company solutions and identify/drive cyber solutions expansion opportunities via high value relationship with the client
Effectively leverage supporting resources in the sales process with the spirit of teamwork and cooperation.
Create and maintain prospecting lists and update monthly lead generation reports and forecasts;
Develop outbound email campaigns for the introduction of new service offerings.
Ensure all activity is logged and can be reported on, requires excellent organizational and administrative skills.
As Sales Development Representative, you will report to the Senior Business Development Manager, working closely to support Managed IT, Cybersecurity and Agio corporate business development goals.
You will research, prospect and identify targets for Agio Solutions and Services
You will set appointments for the Business Development Team
You will work to establish a lead generation goals, reporting weekly on agreed performance objectives and results.
Applicants must possess:
2+ year of successful experience in telemarketing, financial services preferred
Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence
Demonstrated success in prospecting and pipeline building
Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic
Ability to understand the business challenges the prospect faces and effectively position Agio Solutions and Services to meet those needs.
High level of integrity and strong commitment to building a successful company
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Adept computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office
Experience with CRM applications preferred
Bachelor?s degree strongly preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required
Volume of Calls and Email Blasts per week
