The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Position Summary The Taub institute and Sergievsky center seeks a research assistant to work on a federally funded multi-center genetics study. The incumbent reports to the principal investigator and the project manager. Primary responsibilities include contacting participant, administering cognitive testing, and performing phone or in-person interview. Adhere to university policies, technical standards and best practices for operational excellence. Responsibilities Contact and recruit possible participants. Work with the principal Investigator and project manager to administer and prepare the neuropsychological tests for review during diagnostic case conferences and data entry. Perform interviews to collect clinical and lifestyle information. Assist on the database maintenance cleaning. Generate automated reports to keep track of the progress of this research project, including participant enrollment, clinical tests, status of blood draws and blood processing. Assist PI with monthly meetings preparations. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned/requested. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree and at least one and one-half years of related experience or equivalent in education, training, and experience. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with Excel. Experience working with Red cap. Other Requirements Languages: proficient in English and Chinese (Mandarin or/and Cantonese).
