The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Position Summary Reporting to the Director of Registration Services (RS), and working closely with faculty, students and staff, the incumbent supports all elements of the work of Registration Services, with special and primary responsibility for Executive LLM (ELLM) exams and registration, and Office of Disability Services (ODS) exam accommodations management for all students. Responsibilities ODS Exam Operations (30%) In collaboration with RS team members, the incumbent procures assistive technology and/or equipment from ODS as necessary during the exam periods; implements exam accommodations as approved and documented by ODS for approximately 150 students per exam period (600 exams and/or written work product); with their liaison in Student Services, acts as primary administrative advisor to students concerning exam accommodations; and manages space allocation/exam room scheduling for students with extended time and/or private or reduced room accommodations. Executive LLM Exams and Registration (30%) Under the supervision of the Director and in cooperation with the Registration Services Manager, Exams, the incumbent will manage operational pieces of the ELLM program with regard to registration and exams. The incumbent will provide policy support for the ELLM program. Student Records Administration (20%) Develops and implements strategy to track missing and incomplete grades throughout the academic year; works with faculty to resolve missing/incomplete grades on time. Leads effort to clear discrepancies between internal and University databases. During registration periods, the incumbent manages administrative registration, liaising with faculty and students to clear hurdles to enrollment. Performs other related duties as assigned (20%) Partner with the Senior Program Coordinator on Office of Graduate Program (OGP) bar forms and reporting; support the broader team with JD/LLM exam reconciliation and during high-volume times such as add/drop and registration. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or its equivalent, plus three years of relevant work experience, required. Proficiency with standard office software and applications, specifically Microsoft Excel; comfortability learning and mastering new software. Excellent written and oral communication skills are required, as is the ability to work effectively and creatively with graduate students, faculty, and administrators in other areas of the University. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously with short deadlines are essential. Must be able to work both as part of a team and independently in a high-volume/high-pressure environment. Some evening and weekend work will be necessary during the CLS exam period (approximately 4 weeks per year). Must be able to work with diverse constituencies and support an inclusive work environment.
