Drives sales for new targeted accounts, with responsibility for the implementation and development of targeted sales campaigns resulting in new sales and revenue streams.
Drives sales of innovative, tailored, jointly conceived, integrated, or co-developed solutions to (a small number of) new targeted accounts with multiple applications (use cases); based on products / solutions available across the enterprise
Understands the market and technical architecture of (potential) clients (applies to tech sales)
Brings awareness of client requirements back to the business to shape go-to-market plans and existing / new product development, develops and maintains internal and external relationships with key decision makers
Develops go-to-market plans for net new (target) clients and leads the execution of existing client account plans
Executes a long sales cycle (quarters) where each sale is expected to lead to a long term account relationship
Spends significant time on opportunity development activities and transitioning relationship activities to core teams.
This can be either a People Manager or an Individual Contributor role
Degree or equivalents
Significant experience of sales / new business development within the financial services industry.
