This position will offer workplace flexibility e.g. working remotely or on site as needed/ desired during the week. Employees can expect to be in the office weekly as needed for meetings and team collaboration and should live within a commutable distance. The Bank believes in work flexibility to balance the demands of work and life while also connecting and collaborating with our colleagues in person a couple days a week.

What we do:

The Talent Acquisition team manages the Bank's recruitment activities which includes professional recruiting, undergraduate and graduate recruitment efforts, internship programs, the employee referral program, and the internal job posting program. You will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager.

Your role as Recruiting Coordinator:

  • Act as liaison between client business areas and TA recruiters to coordinate and schedule complex interview schedules

  • Communicate interview details to candidates and hiring managers, ensuring all required information is accurate and updated (distribution/collection of feedback forms, resumes, detailed directions, interview logistics, required documents, etc.)

  • Assist recruiters with Applicant Tracking System (Workday) requirements and inputs including: posting requisitions, maintaining and updating candidate information, and producing recruiting reports

  • Assist recruiters with various support and ad hoc requests involving resumes, candidates or workflow related matters.

  • Provide business client service to candidates and hiring managers to ensure a successful interview and visit experience

  • Assist Talent Acquisition team in preparing offer documents, perform Workday updates for onboarding and other administrative tasks associated with the recruitment process

  • Provide additional administrative support as needed

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree (or High School diploma/GED with 2 years of experience in a recruiting or HR focused professional work environment).

  • Interest and desire to follow a career in Human Resources.

  • Experience with recruiting or in a customer service role.
