About the role:

Ratings360 ® provides rated issuers with a holistic picture of their organization’s credit story – ratings, risk research and critical insights on one personalized dashboard. Issuers can also leverage the platform’s workflow capabilities such as requesting and tracking their rating requests or create hypothetical ‘what if’ scenarios via the credit scenario builder.

Team :

Team will be externally focused, seeking ideas for new platform development and owning the voice of the customer. Working closely with the Global Commercial team, Data & Technology, Analytical, Legal, Compliance, as well as various external clients.

Responsibilities and Impact:

Reporting to the Business Owner for Ratings360® within the Commercial Product Innovation and Development organization, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Capturing the voice of the customer through product demos, attending Sales team meetings, and through feedback channels such as surveys and Salesforce call reports.

  • Creating partner relationships throughout the Commercial Product & Operations organization, and wider S&P Global Ratings Commercial team, to become recognized as a Ratings360® subject matter expert.

  • Effectively support internal stakeholders with demo preparation, functionality recap, sharing of product support material such as videos and user guides, roadmap walkthrough.

  • Identify opportunities for enhancing product roadmaps. Participate in organizing and setting priorities for enhancements.

  • Champion the OKRs and KPIs set for Ratings360®, be the expert for data collection and validation for such measures, prepare reporting for product leadership.

  • Key contributor to go-to-market campaigns for new functionality, includes communication plans, training, partnering with various groups including Product Management & Delivery, Marketing and Technology.

  • Embrace Agile SAFe framework, adopt the lens of a Business Owner to ensure business value is defined, measurable and understood.

  • Where required, support clients on new features and enhancements and work closely with Product Managers on feedback during post-launch process.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Preferred 2-3 years’ work experience in Financial Services, with 1-3 years relevant experience in Product or Platform development.

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.

  • Eager to build a career in Product Innovation and Development, willing to embrace all facets of the role.

  • High energy and ability to work in fast-paced environment demonstrating a curiosity and drive with an innovative mindset.

  • Sense of urgency with a stakeholder service orientation.

  • Comfortable prioritizing competing demands where often items are very different in terms of technical detail and/or operational process.

  • Ability to collect and structure data for management OKR reporting.

  • Able to suggest process improvement and/or automation ideas.

  • Excellent communications skills, proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; client demos and internal presentations will be a core part of the role.

  • Organizational skills and ability to priorities activities based on client impact and business needs.

  • Ability to work effectively across teams, foster inclusivity, overcome resistance and navigate a complex organization.

  • Advanced problem-solving skills. Able to quickly identify and understand issues and drive towards effective resolution.

Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)

S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $49,400 to $98,200. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.

In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.
