Applications are solicited for an individual to be appointed as a Postdoctoral Associate under the supervision of Paramjit Arora. The research will focus on designing and selecting peptide ligands for intra- and extracellular protein targets. In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, this position's annual base salary range is $62,500 – $62,500. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) the specific grant funding and the terms of the research grant when extending an offer. Successful applicants will be highly motivated with interest in working in chemical biology and must hold a Ph.D. in a related field. The ideal candidate will have research experience in organic synthesis, molecular recognition, and biochemistry. The terms of employment, which would be thirteen months, with a possibility of renewal, include a competitive salary and other benefits.
