Position Summary SCHEDULE: Wednesday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm, Saturday 6:00am-3:00pm & Sunday 7:00am-4:00pm Reporting to the Working Superintendent, and under general direction, the Porter is responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of CU apartment buildings and grounds area. Responsibilities Cleans and maintains building and grounds complex: elevators, stairways, corridors, windows, floors, laundry rooms, vacant apartments. Trims trees and shrubs; fertilizes, seeds and mows lawn; sweeps and hoses sidewalks; removes snow and spreads salt as needed. Performs related duties as assigned. Heavy lifting may be required. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma and/or its equivalent required. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of building and grounds maintenance a plus.
