The Role & You

We are looking for an experienced Head of Partnerships and Commercial who wants to define and lead MIRROR’s commercial sales and partnership strategy. The Head of Partnerships and Commercial will play a critical role in driving MIRROR’s brand awareness and revenue growth. At MIRROR, you will:

  • Identify, structure and execute partnerships and sales deals with MIRROR’s major commercial accounts.

  • Build a sales team and processes for commercial accounts, including hotels, gyms, and multi-family residential.

  • Manage post-purchase experience surrounding delivery, install, onboarding and ongoing support of commercial accounts towards best in class service KPIs. Ensure that initial onboard of accounts leads to successful long term engagement.

  • Work closely with Product to translate Member feedback into actionable insights into to inform product roadmap.


The Necessities

  • 10+ years in Business Development, Sales Management or Consulting role with multiple years of management experience.

  • Exceptional negotiation skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence, manage, and present ideas via clear written and oral communication.

  • Ability to set goals, plan and manage projects to a timeline,

  • Self-starter who can operate well in a collaborative team environment and adapt effectively to changing business priorities/strategies.

  • Proven ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks, adapt to changing needs and, and tackle new challenges daily!
