Citizens Growth Strategist for Private Bank/Private Wealth in New York, New York

Description

As the Growth Strategist for Private Bank/Private Wealth, your primary responsibilities are to nurture and build brand equity for Citizens Private Bank using contemporary marketing methods to drive interest and adoption of its products and services. This is both a strategic and executional role in which you will lead the development, advocacy, execution, assessment, and continuous improvement of integrated marketing plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and help lead marketing strategies and plans to achieve overall business objectives and revenue goals

  • Influence and partner with cross-functional marketing and business teams to design and deliver quarterly and annual integrated marketing plans (spanning all channels – media (paid/earned/mass), digital, direct mail, email, social, collateral, etc. to achieve business line goals and objectives.

  • Serve as liaison between business lines and marketing partners, ensuring the broader marketing team is fully versed on all aspects of business line products, pricing, value proposition and competitive differentiators

  • Partner with Private Bank and Wealth leadership teams as well as key business partners to ensure understanding of and alignment on marketing strategy/plans and strategic priorities

  • Navigate and prioritize requests from various line of business stakeholders while continuing to play the role as a thought leader and expert in this space

  • Proactive in managing risk, ensure all programs are implemented in full compliance with defined processes and regulatory guidelines

  • Ensure closed-loop analytics to measure marketing performance vs. forecast and continually refine

    Qualifications & Requirements

  • Strong ability to think strategically and creatively

  • Private Bank/Private Wealth marketing experience including advertising, direct, digital and public relations

  • Strong channel experience in digital marketing including search, display, social and content

  • Experience developing insightful and clear creative, marketing, advertising and/or media briefs, using research, data, personas, and customer journey maps

  • Ability and desire to work well within a team and test and learn

  • Experience managing indirectly/influencing

  • Ability to review data, interpret results and create actionable and measurable strategies

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering on schedule/budget

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • A go-getter and a doer who is accountable and has high expectations for their work

  • Attention to detail

  • Minimum 10+ years of marketing experience

    Education

    Bachelor’s degree required

Hours & Work Schedule

  • Hours per Week: 40

  • Work Schedule: M-F 8-5 In NYC Office 3 days 2 days remote

The salary range for this position is $150,240-225,360 - per year/per hour (select one), plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
