Job Description Exciting Opportunity at MSK: We are looking for a Floater Pharmacist for our Main Campus Hospital! Role Overview: Serve as a fully integrated member of the Pharmacy Department to provide advanced clinical pharmacy services. Have a good understanding of inpatient operation and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability. Have a strong sense of ownership and willingness to learn in an empowering environment. Have a substantial understanding of computer and pharmacy systems. Have a supportive attitude towards others' beliefs and ideas. Key Qualifications: PharmD (or equivalent) is required. Current NY Pharmacist License Experience in a hospital pharmacy setting and compounding of sterile IV preparations and Omnicell experience is preferred. Core Skills: Able to problem-solve operational, personnel, and patient issues. Detail-oriented and willing to adapt to changes in workflow to improve patient care . Known to deliver messages in a clear, compelling, and concise manner. Able to follow through on commitments and act with a clear sense of ownership. Resourceful and make sound decisions, even in the absence of complete information Prepare Compounded Sterile Products inside the USP 797 cleanroom Additional Information: 37.5 hours per week Sunday to Saturday.
