Apply now to join our team as a Dispatcher, Environmental Service and kick start your career! Memorial Sloan's main campus is looking for a Dispatcher in Environmental Services. The Dispatcher assigns Environmental Services staff to handle service requests and ensures standards are met across patient care areas (inpatient, perioperative, UCC/CDU). Role Overview: Adjust area assignments based on discharge volumes and service demands to keep operations running smoothly. Dispatch Environmental Services Aides to support inpatient, perioperative, and UCC/CDU areas. Monitor and address any delays or service issues, escalating concerns to supervisors when necessary. - Handle and respond to customer concerns with a focus on service excellence. Prepare daily dispatch assignment sheets and use bed-tracking tools to analyze performance. . Key Qualifications: Skilled at adapting your messaging for various audiences and thrive on clear, effective communication. Can easily adapt to changing demands and always prioritize providing outstanding service. 1+ year of dispatching or administrative experience is preferred. Core Skills Exceptional communication and ability to collaborate in a team environment. Proactive, with a commitment to continuous growth and development. Familiarity with work order systems and office equipment. Additional Information: Location: MSK's Main Campus, 1275 York Ave, NYC. Schedule: Monday to Friday 8AM to 4PM.
