Come Join Aetna Digital!We are looking for an experienced Digital Experience Designer to join our team. You'll work alongside talented and passionate teammates from diverse backgrounds. Together, you'll identify customer problems or opportunities, to help develop the strategic vision, and communicate that narrative across the business. You will use your UI (User Interface) and UX (User Experience) skills to define, create and refine design solutions that address customer needs. You'll contribute your Product Design experience problem solving abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams through a user-centered design approach. This work will culminate in the execution of user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and user experiences that validate the strategy, hypotheses, and business/user goal.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

Minimum: 60000

Maximum: 128700

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years as a UI, interaction, product or digital designer with a focus on user centered design

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in medical or other highly supervised fields• Experience in retail e-commerce• Proven experience in driving and delivering design from initial concepts all the way to successful market launches• Strong portfolio of work including examples of mobile web, desktop and app experiences• Ability to communicate user needs (e.g. storytelling, leveraging data) and demonstrate how proposed designs solve those needs to internal team and senior partners• Hands on experience with wire framing and prototyping tools (Figma, Miro, Sketch and Invision)• Hands on experience within an agile development process• Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills• Have thrived in fast-paced product development environments

Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
