Bring your prospect journey marketing and analytics experience and help us attract new members and keep our current ones happy and healthy.Are you who we’re looking for to join our growing team?We are hiring an Analytics Consultant to partner with our Marketing team to design, build, test, and constantly improve our prospect journey programs to attract and retain members. As a member of the team, you will bridge the marketing strategy and technical deployment of many different journeys across multiple lines of business. If you love problem solving, analytics and working with technology you are who we want on the team!Responsibilities:• Partner with marketing stakeholders to design, develop and execute lifecycle marketing journeys and the occasional one-off campaign• Create prospect and member audiences based off trigger events and other business rules• Connect audiences to targeted media across multiple channels (email, direct mail, online)• Track prospects and members across multiple touchpoints along the journey (web, call center, brokers)• Capture micro-conversions and other sales events along the path• Create datasets for reporting and dashboards for monitoring journey progress across multiple touchpoints• Continuously launch, measure and report on A/B and multi-variate tests to improve program performance across key indicators• Mine data for insights and improvements to continually enhance prospect and member journeys

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in lifecycle marketing analytics in a multi-channel, direct-to-consumer environment• 1+ years of relevant analytic experience• 1+ years of experience programming using SQL, Python or R

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands on working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management platforms (example Salesforce, Adobe Campaign, Unica Campaign, HubSpot or similar CRM platforms)• Ability to understand marketing stakeholder’s strategic plans, map technical and data requirements, publish clear and accurate documentation, and execute journeys• Healthcare, insurance, or financial services experience preferred, but not a deal breaker• Demonstrates good written and verbal communication skills. Able to present information to variousaudiences• Effectively resolves problems and roadblocks as they occur• Demonstrates proficiency in several areas of data modeling, machine learning algorithms, statisticalanalysis, data engineering and data visualization• Ability to work with large data sets from multiple data sources


Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science,Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or related discipline.Master's degree preferred
